The questions we are asked most often.

How long does charging take?: Approximately 3 – 4 hours to charge fully on most models.
How far can it travel?: Approximately 50 – 60 km per charge, depending on model, load and road conditions.
Can the battery be removed?: Yes on selected models — confirm the battery type before purchasing.
Do I need a licence?: Road-legal models may require registration and the appropriate driving licence. We confirm this for your selected model.
Can I pay it off over time?: No. Full payment is the only option — no deposits and no instalment plans.
Can businesses lease and brand vehicles?: Yes, for approved fleet orders.
Test rides and repairs?: Both are available through our East London Service Centre.
